fees
FCL only receives fees direct from its clients.  Fees are in the form of retainer or hourly: 

1. US$800 per hour if less than 5 hours in a month
2. US$700 for all hours billed in a month, if number of hours in a month is at least 5
3. US$600 for all hours billed in a month, if number of hours in a month is at least 10
4. US$500 for all hours billed in a month for extra hours for clients who pay monthly/quarterly retainers of a minimum of at least US$6k per month; US$600 for all hours billed in a month for extra hours for clients who pay monthly/quarterly retainers of at least US$3k per month
